Nigel and Tarryn were married at the beautiful Moon and Sixpence in Muldersdrift last Friday. It was a vibrant and colourful occasion not lacking in any of the true emotion that accompanies a Wedding filled with all the special things that life and love have to offer.

Tarryn looked stunning and was accompanied down the aisle by her proud Father; her Sister and soon-to-be Sister in-law, and was met at the altar by her extremely emotional Husband-to-be.

Hertford Hotel Wedding – Kirsten and Ryan

Kirsten and Ryan were married at The Hertford Country Hotel in Lanseria in true Scottish Style on Saturday…the men hung free under their kilts and, following the ceremony and general formalities involving smiling for the camera during the formal Family Photographs, the guests and Bridal Party all let their hair down at a celebration of monumental proportions!

Fortunately for me, kilts are heavy and they didn’t rise to the occasion at any point during my taking this jumping shot!

Indaba Wedding – Donna and Ricardo

Donna and Ricardo were married in a beautiful Anglican Ceremony at St Michaels Church in Bryanston, whereafter the Wedding Party and guests proceeded to The Indaba Hotel in Fourways for the Wedding Reception.

Although a traditional Wedding in every sense, it wasn’t without many a personal touch which made for a very emotional occasion. The car Donna travelled in to the Church belonged to her late Grand Father and she told me that the seat still squeaked in the same way as she remembered it doing every day on her way to school. The Wedding Cake (of which I was given a generous helping to take home and it was delicious!) was made by Donna’s Grand Mother. And Donna was blessed to be able to wear her Mother’s own sentimental pair of shoes when walking down the aisle.

Donna and Ricardo, may you stay as happy as you were on your Wedding Day for all the years to come! And enjoy Mozambique!
